BPO
and Valuations:
A
professional valuation of property is desired but a formal appraisal is not
required. Our Broker Price Opinion (BPO) service
fulfills these needs by providing a professional opinion of value delivered in a
timely and cost effective form. The BPO of residential property is conducted by
licensed real estate professionals. The report combines information from a
drive-by exterior or complete interior inspection, external data sources,
previous sale data, property assessment data, recent comparable sales and
current neighborhood listings. Photographs of the subject property are
included with the BPO. Exterior inspection will include a minimum of front
view, address verification and street view. An interior inspection will
include photos of all sides of the exterior, an address verification, street
view, and photos of each room in the subject property. The final analysis
of all applicable data results in the broker's conclusion of a suggested list
and sale price. Please note, that a BPO is not an appraisal - it's an
opinion of value.

comprehensive BPO - we provide exterior (drive-by) and interior reports for
lenders and asset managers We provide digital photos - as requested by the
lender or asset manager. We will immediately advise you of any potential
liability present on the property, or any damages which need immediate
attention.
